格隆汇8月8日丨浩柏国际(08431.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止3个月,公司收入4999万港元,同比增长58.5%;期间溢利120.9万港元,同比减少16%;每股盈利0.09港仙。
收入增长归因于以下各项共同影响:(i)营建管理服务收入增加约2000万港元或66.5%,有关增加主要由于期间大埔及南区项目收入同比增加约2160万港元;及(ii)由于期间顾问服务分部并无收入,导致该分部收入减少约150万港元。
