领展房产基金(00823.HK)今早靠稳,公司昨午(3日)公布截至3月底止全年度业绩,经调整及一笔5,300万元(2018年:无)的酌情资本分派後,可分派收入总额按年升5.38%至57.23亿元。期内每基金单位分派增加8.6%至271.17港仙,包括每基金单位中期分派130.62港仙及每基金单位末期分派140.55港仙。

领展全年度收益及物业收入净额按相同基准计算,分别按年增长7.2%及7.1%。计及已收购、出售及/或新营运资产,收益及物业收入净额分别年增长0.1%及0.3%至100.37亿元及76.89亿元。展望未来,管理层有意将之前出售物业产生的资本继续返还给各基金单位持有人,在市场条件和法规允许下属意回购约6,000万个基金单位。
