香港航天科技(01725.HK)公布，經進一步磋商及討論後，Aspace與認購方相互同意即時終止認購協議。公司可能就認購Aspace股份尋求其他潛在投資者。今年3月，公司全資附屬Aspace訂立協議，建議向有限合夥基金Abridge Aerospace Hybrid Equity LPF發行9,800股新股，現金代價1.47億元。完成後，Aspace將由公司及認購方分別持股51%及49%。
