新股配售 | 朝云集团一手中签率50%，国配13.8倍，有绿鞋，稳价人是大摩
uSMART盈立智投3月9日消息，朝云集团(6601 HK)公布中签结果，并将于今日下午16:15-18:30分进行暗盘交易。
【配售小结】
①认购热情继续回调：即便有"立白"光环，蚊香市占率第一，朝云集团的公开认购热情一般，公开认购倍数为172.32倍，申购人数约26.8万名，乙组仅3,754名，远不及对标的蓝月亮(逾45万人申购，乙组1.4万人)。
②国配13.8倍，货源集中：没有基石加持，朝云集团的国配认购倍数为13.8倍，略高于蓝月亮(12倍)，亦高于此前的赛生药业(10倍)。国配前25名承配人合共锁定53.43%的发行股份，货源集中。
③分配倾向一手党，乙组打和点低：一手中签率50%，申购30手稳中1手，乙组获配28-700手不等，打和点约3.5%左右，从以往的案例来看(非冷门小票)，打和点低或对首日涨幅略有抑制。
④大盘情绪：自2月25日以来，美债收益率飙升，打压科技股、消费股等高估值板块，不过，今日有所反弹。
⑤有绿鞋，稳价人系摩根士丹利：国际发售获超额分配5000万股股份，有15%的绿鞋子弹，稳价人系摩根士丹利，从历史项目来看，回拨比例高的票，若首日不幸出现破发，大摩也难力挽狂澜。
