中國春來(01969.HK)公布，於2020年7月15日，長江大學工程技術學院(湖北學院)作為借款人與中國光大銀行訂立授信協議，貸款人同意提供7,000萬元人民幣的期貸款授信。

集團正在收購湖北學院的舉辦者權益，該學院為長江大學的一所獨立學院，且集團已參與並負責湖北學院的營運。(el/w) ~
