移动应用开发及广告平台服务商赤子城向港交所递表
格隆汇获悉，7月2日，移动应用开发及广告平台服务商赤子城科技有限公司(以下简称”赤子城科技”或”公司”)向港交所递交上市申请资料，独家保荐人民银资本。
赤子城科技为专注于透过使用人工智能技术开发移动应用及提供移动广告平台服务的公司。在公司的SoloX产品矩阵中，公司拥有超40款移动应用，可在安卓操作系统和iOS系统上使用。截至2018年12月31日，按设备ID计，公司已积累吸引超过6.7亿全球用户。
根据艾瑞谘询报告，于2018年12月31日，公司旗下一款核心产品Solo Launcher在89个国家及地区（如法国、以色列、新加坡及巴西）Google Play个性化应用单日下载量排名第一一次以上；公司还从事移动广告平台及相关业务，为广告主提供获客解决方案，并为广告发布商提供变现解决方案。公司的广告主包括应用开发者、品牌广告主及广告代理商，而广告发布商主要为应用开发商及广告代理商。
根据艾瑞谘询报告，公司的移动广告平台在2018年12月日均处理广告请求超过57亿次，排名领先于所有其他专注于提供海外移动市场推广服务的中国移动广告公司的专有平台。
直至最后实际可行日期，根据艾瑞谘询报告，公司是唯一一家主要以海外市场为目标，从事移动应用开发业务及移动广告平台服务业务的中国公司，并且业务覆盖了整个程序化移动广告生态系统。
截至2016至2018年间，公司实现营收分别为1.37亿元、1.82亿元及2.77亿元；实现毛利分别为7090.3万元、7037.4万元及1.41亿元；实现净利分别为4121.5万元、3198.1万元及5973.7万元。
募集资金用途：将用于开发、扩大及升级公司的SoloX产品矩阵；将用于升级公司的Solo Math程序化广告平台；将用于增强公司Solo Aware人工智能引擎的大数据及人工智能功能；将用于增强公司的本地化服务能力及建立公司的全球信息分发网络；将用于战略投资及收购与公司业务及技术相关或互补的公司及业务；将用于营运资金及其他一般企业用途。
