What currencies are used for inter-market transactions?

If you buy Hong Kong shares, you will use Hong Kong dollars; if you buy US shares, you will use US dollars; if you buy A-shares, you will use RMB (offshore).

Similarly, if you sell Hong Kong shares, you will get Hong Kong dollars; if you sell US shares, you will get US dollars; if you sell A-share shares, you will get RMB (offshore).

Cross-market transactions do not involve currency conversion or settlement in terms of exchange rates.
