Change of Company’s Name from “uSMART友信證券” to “uSMART盈立證券”

The business operations of "uSMART Securities" has been since 2019, our Company has always insisted on creating value for clients. Over one year of hard work, our Company has achieved rapid development and have been recognized by the market. In order to enable the company to continue to improve and be innovative in our services, we have recently successfully introduced the new strategic investors which amounts to hundreds of millions of Hong Kong dollars from a Hong Kong local consortium. Our new shareholder’s strong capability, and their rich investment experiences and strategic resources in the areas of global Internet, games, culture, tourism, transportation, real estate, etc. will surely be our most powerful support!
Meanwhile, in order to adapt to the company’s development strategy, the company has decided to upgrade the brand and services in a comprehensive manner. The brand "uSMART 友信證券" shall be upgraded to "uSMART 盈立證券", and the brand of the APP " uSMART友信智投" shall be upgraded to "uSMART 盈立智投". Mr. Taoli Hong, the founder of our company, said that "盈立" means "profit" in Chinese, showing our corporate vision of continuing to create value for clients. "uSMART 盈立證券", after the brand upgrade, shall be even more committed to the mission of providing intelligent investment services to global clients.
The change of company’s name involves change of Chinese name only, while the English name, uSmart Securities Limited remains unchanged. The client assets deposited with the custodian banks remain unchanged. Our company’s change of Chinese name shall not affect clients’ existing rights and services enjoyed, and all assets of clients shall still be under statutory protection (including client’s deposit, withdrawal, trading, etc.). All previous business and system-generated documents with the name "友信證券" (including but not limited to contracts, statements and agreements) shall be valid.
