心動公司(02400.HK)公佈年度業績 經調整溢利達9.57億元 末期息每股0.4港元
格隆匯3月17日丨心動公司(02400.HK)發佈公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司收入50.12億元人民幣，同比增長47.9%；年內溢利8.9億元，上年同期虧損6536萬元；年內經調整溢利9.57億元，上年同期虧損940.6萬元。董事會建議向股東派付截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股普通股0.4港元（截至2023年12月31日止年度：無）。
公司的毛利同比增加68.2%至截至2024年12月31日止年度人民幣3,478.5百萬元。截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司的毛利率爲69.4%，高於截至2023年12月31日止年度的毛利率，主要由於(i)自研遊戲的收入增加（自研遊戲的毛利率一般高於授權遊戲），導致公司遊戲分部的毛利率由截至2023年12月31日止年度的46.7%改善至2024年12月31日止年度的62.6%；及(ii)部分被TapTap平臺業務的收入佔公司總收入的比例由截至2023年12月31日止年度的38.3%減少至2024年12月31日止年度的31.5%（其毛利率一般高於遊戲業務）所抵銷。
於2024年，公司的業務和人員結構趨於穩定，同事們全力支持了新的自研遊戲在全球多個市場成功上線，並協同推動了TapTap平臺的發展。遊戲業務方面，《出發吧麥芬》(GoGo Muffin)、《鈴蘭之劍》(Sword of Convallaria)及《心動小鎮》(Heartopia)這三款新上線的自研遊戲成爲新的收入來源，推動公司的遊戲業務收入較去年同期增長了64.2%。
TapTap平臺業務方面，2024年TapTap中國版App的平均MAU同比增長了23.0%，達到了44.0百萬。《心動小鎮》(Heartopia)的發行工作與TapTap緊密合作，爲TapTap帶來了大量的新用戶和更廣泛的品牌認知。此外，公司完成了生成式人工智能服務TapSight的備案工作，在TapTap中加入了AI問答的模塊，並接入了DeepSeek深度搜索的功能。
截至2024年12月31日，公司的現有遊戲組合包括21款網絡遊戲及35款付費遊戲。
2024年，公司的網絡遊戲的平均月活躍用戶數同比增加了14.5%，而平均月付費用戶數同比增加了23.1%。這兩個數據的增加主要是由於《心動小鎮》(Heartopia)、《鈴蘭之劍》(Sword of Convallaria)及《出發吧麥芬》(GoGo Muffin)這三款新上線遊戲帶來的用戶數量增加。
