《新股消息》樂思集團(02540.HK)今日起招股 每手入場費約3,788元
內地移動廣告服務供應商樂思集團(02540.HK)計劃在港上市,發售1.25億股,當中10%在港公開發售,招股價介乎1.1元至1.5元,每手2,500股入場費3,787.8元。今日(29日)至下周二(3月5日)公開招股,預期3月8日掛牌。華升資本為獨家保薦人。
以招股價中位數計算,上市集資淨額約1.086億元,當中40%用於擴充在中國的移動廣告業務,20%用於擴大短視頻製作能力,20%用於優化及升級自家開發平台的功能,10%尋求與具規模公司的業務合作及併購機會,10%用作一般營運資金。
