吉利(00175.HK)向極氪購買整車及相關售後零件 進軍墨西哥市場
吉利汽車(00175.HK)公布,為了將極氪品牌新能源汽車引入墨西哥市場,集團向極氪購買整車及相關售後零件及配件,以供於墨西哥轉售。截至2026年12月底止三個財政年度,於整車採購協議項下之建議年度上限將分別為約6.74億、15.64億及31.29億元人民幣。
集團指出,拉丁美洲將於今年成為受到高度重視的新能源汽車市場,迅速進軍墨西哥市場將為集團提早在區內建立初步據點帶來寶貴機遇。引入極氪品牌新能源汽車的策略部署將有著非常重要意義,更可藉此累積寶貴經驗,為未來將業務擴展至其他拉丁美洲國家帶來關鍵性前瞻優勢。
極氪由吉利持有約54.7%權益,為其關連附屬公司。
