瑞銀:美國通脹跌至目標2%區間仍需時 建議加強投資組合多樣化
瑞銀財富管理亞太區首席投資總監及投資總監辦公室主管陳敏蘭在亞洲金融論壇上時表示,美國通脹率由9%下跌至近期的3.4%,勝於預期,惟進一步跌至目標的2%區間仍需時,加上今年是美國大選之年,令整體投資環境較預期複雜。
她建議,基於現時環球經濟走勢下,投資者將加強投資組合的多樣化,並舉例指其資產配置佔比應分別爲45%股票、35%固定資產、其餘爲現金等其他資產。
她提出,去全球化及走向城市化等均是未來10年的關注點,其中去全球化包括貿易、商品及服務等範疇呈持續按年增長,主要是受到疫情衝擊,令步伐加快。她強調,人工智能趨勢只是剛剛開始,過去在疫情下,不少企業轉向投資人工智能,相信未來其投資會逐步加大。(ca/k)
