中國信通院發布《中國寬帶發展白皮書(2023年)》指出，5G、千兆光網及數據中心等寬帶設施進入規模化部署和應用新階段。具體部署為，接入能力迭代升級，「雙千兆」網絡成為主要接入方式；網絡架構持續優化，IPv6邁入從「能用」到「好用」的關鍵階段；以及算力供給大幅增強，梯次佈局的算力設施體系初步形成。
