摩根士丹利發表研究報告指,澳門博彩業需求維持強勁,高端博彩人士漸趨頻密訪澳門及賭博,但料明年博彩企業資本開支及營運開支均會上升,主要受到薪酬提高及已承諾投資所推動。
該行料,澳門零售業持續疲軟,但仍強勁,料澳門旅遊業可從結構上吸收香港市場份額。該行預料,澳門博彩企會優先考慮去槓桿而非恢復派息,料2025年前並不會恢復任何具有意義的派息舉措。(ca/w)
