譚仔國際(02217.HK)於澳洲成立合營拓展特許經營業務
譚仔國際(02217.HK)與澳洲餐飲集團ST Group計劃成立合營公司,當中譚仔出資98萬澳元,持股49%。待進一步磋商後,合營公司將與譚仔訂立主特許經營協議,獲授權使用三哥品牌經營業務。合營公司可以與其他附屬特許經營者,訂立進一步的附屬特許經營協議。
另外,公司與菲律賓零售企業Suyen訂立諒解備忘錄,探討訂立主特許經營權的可能性,以進軍菲律賓市場。
公司上市時,全球發售所得款項淨額10.51億元,當中約6.03億元撥作擴充餐廳網絡,現時已動用約2.37億元,董事會已決定,將建議用途擴大至透過合營或特許經營安排,在海外市場開設餐廳。
