《內地樓市》內地官媒指「房住不炒」原則並無過時 樓市將平穩發展
內地官媒《經濟日報》發表評論文章指,「房住不炒」是促進房地產市場平穩健康發展的總原則,須長期堅持,沒有過時,因爲中國房地產市場分化明顯,在一些熱點城市,供不應求的情況依然存在,一旦重新炒作樓價,又可能走上過度依賴房地產的舊路,對經濟社會發展產生不利影響。 文章指,目前出臺一系列幫助市場企穩回升的政策,是爲了促進市場平穩健康發展,房地產行業將會逐步進入總量略減、平穩發展的軌道。在很多城市,供需基本平衡,甚至供大於求的情況下,並不具備過快上漲的基礎。 文章又指,去年房地產業增加值佔GDP的6.1%,而密切相關的建築業,去年增加值佔GDP的6.9%,將兩個支柱產業穩定,對穩定經濟大盤有重要意義。
