網易-S(09999.HK):將在暴雪遊戲產品停運後開始安排退款
動視暴雪(ATVI.US)旗下暴雪中國早前宣佈,與網易-S(09999.HK)(NTES.US)多項在中國營運的遊戲現有授權許可將於明年1月到期。
內媒報道,對於有玩家查詢退款事宜,網易表示自2023年1月24日起,玩家若在相關遊戲內有已充值但未消耗的網絡遊戲虛擬貨幣,以及付費購買且仍未失效的遊戲時間,官方將在暴雪遊戲產品停止營運後開始安排退款,至於實體點卡則會統一交由經銷商進行後續退款處理。
