領展(00823.HK):出租率創新高 料零售谷底已過
領展(00823.HK)行政總裁王國龍接受本地傳媒訪問時表示,旗下零售物業出租率創上市新高,反映民生消費穩健,認為本港零售市道已過谷底,租戶須減租的比例也減少。雖然仍有租戶因生意欠佳而離開,但很快便能覓得新租客。
他又相信本港整體商廈及商舖租金已見底,支持港府繼續放寬入境措施,令商業活動回復。
