領展(00823.HK)德田街市開幕 資產提升工程耗資7,300萬元
領展(00823.HK)宣布,旗下德田街市完成歷時四個月的資產提升工程,耗資7,300萬元,已於8月1日重新投入服務,並於今日(19日)正式開幕,優化後街市擴展至近3萬平方呎,現有商戶增至73個。
街市經優化後,以「鮮果開箱」為設計概念,重新打造為充滿活力的社區空間,並推出領展首個街市電子會員計劃。領展行政總裁王國龍表示,今次德田街市的資產提升,將街市重新打造成凝聚社區的生活空間,令街市成為真正連繫生活的場景。
