統計指內地部份城市商品房成交明顯增加 專家料將出台更多配套政策
在「房住不炒」、「因城施策」前提下優化房地產政策,近期內地部份城市商品房成交量明顯增加。據《中國證券報》引述諸葛找房數據研究中心監測的15個重點城市上周(5月16日至5月22日)新建商品住宅成交量為17,584套,按周下降2.66%,二手住宅成交量按周下降1.97%。 該機構監測的15個重點城市上周新房及二手房成交量整體在下降,但部份城市實現正增長。期內,新房市場方面,蘇州成交1,517套,按周增長80.81%;南京成交1,470套,按周增長42.30%。溫州及青島的新房成交量按周也實現正增長。二手房方面,蘇州成交量按周增長11.53%,南京成交量按周增長3.88%。 報道引述中指研究院指數事業部市場研究總監陳文靜表示,隨著5年期以上LPR利率下調,預計將有更多城市優化「認房認貸」標準等配套政策。多個政策疊加有利於放大降息效果,促進剛性和改善性住房需求釋放。
