佐力小貸(06866.HK)：DEG向公司發放7500萬元貸款融資 該筆資金將用於公司發放綠色貸款
格隆匯5月12日丨佐力小貸(06866.HK)公吿，2022年5月11日，DEG（德國投資與開發有限公司，德國復興信貸銀行的全資子公司）根據其與公司於2021年12月30日簽署的貸款協議向公司發放了人民幣7,500萬元的貸款融資，該筆資金將用於公司發放綠色貸款，定向投放於生態農林水產業、新能源開發利用和節能減排技術改造等綠色行業。
公司自二零一九年以來依託浙江省湖州市國家綠色金融改革試驗區建設，圍繞綠色發展戰略，積極探索綠色小貸。公司於2020年四月被列為湖州市首家綠色小貸試點單位。公司與湖州市金融辦、湖州市綠色金融研究院等共同起草的《綠色小額貸款公司建設與評價規範》（浙江省湖州市地方標準）於2020年六月正式發佈實施。為了更好地推動公司綠色貸款業務的發展，公司自主研發了綠色貸款信息管理系統，基於環境、政策、行業和企業等數據對貸款進行綠色智能識別，將綠色服務融入貸款全流程，該系統於2020年九月取得了國家計算機軟件着作權。
通過綠色賦能和數字賦能發展，集團綠色貸款業務有所增長。截至2021年12月31日，集團綠色貸款餘額為人民幣41,583萬元，佔集團總貸款餘額的約15.8%。
據公司所知，DEG由德國聯邦政府組建，為德國復興銀行的全資子公司。在中德簽署的税收協定中，DEG屬於在中國免税的機構之一，其母公司德國復興銀行作為德國影響力最大的政策性銀行之一，在發展綠色金融、促進可持續發展中發揮着引領性作用，是全球氣候和環境保護等領域其中一個最大的融資者。
本次與DEG合作的達成，就資金層面而言，不僅有助於增加公司綠色貸款資本基礎和規模，且DEG將在中小微企業╱小型企業需求評估及綠色貸款快速評估方面為本公司提供支持。這將有助於公司在綠色貸款的識別、綠色貸款市場開拓能力和綠色貸款標準建設工作方面的進一步提升。同時，此次合作也為公司提升國際信譽度，進一步拓寬融資渠道，優化融資結構，降低融資成本，更好地服務於綠色貸款客户發揮積極作用。
