《週末樓市》疫情嚴峻新盤僅錄約十宗成交 二手交投同放慢

疫情嚴峻,本港發展商暫緩銷售,剛過去週末(19日及20日)新盤市場僅錄約十宗成交,爲超過兩年來最少,二手成交亦同告收縮。 中原地產十大屋苑本週末錄得10宗成交,較上週末微跌1宗,並企穩雙位數水平。中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,本地疫情仍然嚴峻,週末受寒流及天雨影響,睇樓人流少之又少,二手交投減少亦屬正常。不過,近期議價空間增加,部份放盤減價幅度較上月增約5%,吸引買家趁減價入市,令週末二手交投得以靠穩。 美聯週末十大藍籌屋苑合共錄得約11宗買賣成交,較上週末下跌約15.4%,維持雙位數水平。至於按15大屋苑計算,則錄得約14宗成交,按周減少約6.7%。 另外,利嘉閣地產總裁廖偉強表示,第五波疫情進一步爆發,有業主擔心染疫而陸續取消睇樓預約安排,導致二手交投變慢。利嘉閣地過去的週末日十大指標屋苑累錄9宗二手成交個案,較上週末的11宗,減少2宗或約18%。 至於香港置業旗下分行港、九及新界十大二手指標藍籌屋苑於週末兩日合共錄7宗成交,與上週末9宗比較,按周跌逾2成,連續兩週不足雙位數水平。
