港股連跌五個交易日，午後曾挫332點，見24618點續創11月10日以來新低，全日整體跌幅靠穩。截至收盤，恆指收跌1.2%，恆生科技指數收跌1.36%。恆大概念股、教育股、鋼鐵股走強，體育用品股、風電股、電商股走弱。個股方面，恆騰網絡收漲25.17%，恆大汽車收漲14.8%，思摩爾國際收漲14.55%，京東方精電收跌12.25%，保利協鑫能源收跌7.83%，中國白銀集團收跌7.25%。

俞敏洪連續兩日增持，新東方在線股價大漲
11月23日，據上海證券報消息，繼宣佈捐贈課桌椅、發力助農直播後，俞敏洪又有了新動作。
連續兩日增持，斥資2500萬
據港交所數據顯示，俞敏洪於11月17日、18日連續兩日增持新東方在線股份，共計涉及資金近2500萬港元。
具體來看，俞敏洪於11月17日以每股均價6.947港元增持142.9萬股，涉及資金約992.7萬港元。11月18日，俞敏洪以每股均價7.031港元增持214.3萬股，涉及資金約1506.7萬港元。
11月22日，新東方在線的股價開盤後一路走高，收盤報8.49港元，上漲23.04%。同日，新東方在線的控股股東新東方-S亦收漲5.77%。（11月23日早盤，新東方在線漲7.42%，新東方漲4.18%。）
11月23日，新東方在線的股價繼續走高，開盤報8.62港元。

電子煙概念股集體爆發
據智通財經引述媒體報道稱，全國標準信息服務公共平臺顯示，電子煙國標（20171624-Q-456）狀態變更爲正在起草，而《電子煙液 菸鹼、丙二醇和丙三醇的測定 氣相色譜法標準》（20172264-T-456)狀態仍爲正在批準。日前，有電子煙企業透露，受邀參與了電子煙強制國標徵求意見會議，但具體內容及進展，尚未公佈。業內人士分析，電子煙國際標準發佈之後，會進一步規範電子煙行業發展，提高電子煙產品質量、提升技術門檻和質量檢測能力，保證行業的長遠、可持續發展。

中金在上週的報告中表示，思摩爾具有四大競爭優勢，包括專利體系、產能規模、產品品質、客戶優勢等，預計公司到2022年底產能有望進一步提升至年產39億單位，強化全球龍頭地位。中金維持公司“跑贏行業”評級與61港元目標價不變。
