點評：瑞幸咖啡發佈聯合臨時清盤人向開曼羣島大法院的第三次報告，公司整體重組計劃正有序推進，並已完成多個階段性目標。瑞幸咖啡稱，在現任管理層帶領下，公司持續履行披露義務，已發佈經審計的2019年年度財務報告，並將儘快發佈2020年年度財務報告。不說10倍股，3~5倍還是有機會的。
【小鵬汽車漲近5% 發佈全球首款可騎乘智能機器馬】
點評：小鵬汽車持續拉昇走高，收漲5.08%，最新總市值355.83億美元。近日，小鵬汽車生態企業鵬行智能發佈全球首款可騎乘智能機器馬。小鵬方面介紹，該智能機器馬基於四足機器人架構設計，具備環境多維感知、敏捷穩定運動以及智能情感交互能力，希望成爲“小鵬友的第一個智慧交通工具”。新能源賽道擁擠，價值打到小鵬（朋）友身上，這算是彎道超車吧。

【獵豹移動：2021年二季度營收2.12億元】
點評：總收入2.12億元，環比增長6.7%，歸屬股東淨利潤330萬元，連續5個季度爲正。截至2021年6月30日，獵豹移動現金儲備和長期投資合計40.89億元。
【貝殼否認尋求在香港上市：目前沒有相關計劃】
點評：針對“貝殼考慮於香港上市，已聘請高盛牽頭負責上市事宜”的傳聞，貝殼迴應稱：近期沒有在香港上市或發售股票的計劃。不管是否在港上市，貝殼做到今天的規模，並非隨便一家公司在短期內能夠超越的。
【達達公佈二季度財報】
點評：Q2淨營收爲14.75億元(人民幣，下同)，上年同期爲13.23億元，同比增長11.5%；淨虧損爲6.40億元，上年同期爲4.57億元；基本及攤薄後每股虧損0.67元，上年同期爲1.26元。歸屬於公司普通股股東淨虧損爲6.40億元，上年同期爲6.17億元。
按業務劃分，達達快送(DadaNow)營收爲5.94億元，上年同期爲8.37億元；京東到家(JDDJ)服務營收爲8.81億元，上年同期爲4.86億元。京東到家平臺總交易額(GMV)爲323億元人民幣，同比增長76.7%；活躍消費者數量爲5130萬，上年同期爲3230萬。持有的現金等總額爲46.648億元。預計第三季度營收將在16.3億元至16.8億元之間。
