政府收回將軍澳兩幅私人地 興建公營房屋共5,840夥
地政總署今日(22日)根據《收回土地條例》(第124章)第4條及《土地徵用(管有業權)條例》(第130章)第4條張貼收回土地公告及徵用土地公告,以進行在西貢將軍澳魷魚灣村以西和香港電影城以東的公營房屋發展。
政府將收回兩幅私人土地(涉及面積約189.3平方米),以及徵用被五個墳墓所佔用的土地(涉及面積約125.9平方米)。上述土地將於公告張貼後三個月(即2021年10月23日)歸還或轉歸政府所有。
政府會與相關土地業權人以及受影響人士保持緊密溝通,妥善處理他們的補償事宜。
西貢將軍澳魷魚灣村以西和香港電影城以東公營房屋發展全面落成後,將提供合共約5,840個單位,預計首批公營房屋住戶可於2028/29年度入夥。
