中原城市领先指数CCL按周升0.36% 创19年9月以来新高
CCL三大整体指数齐升,兼齐创新高。中原城市领先指数CCL报185.16点,创91周(即2019年9月後)新高,按周升0.36%。中原城市大型屋苑领先指数CCL Mass报187.55点,创92周新高,按周升0.70%。CCL(中小型单位)报185.40点,创91周新高,按周升0.65%。
中原地产研究部高级联席董事黄良升指出,本周四区楼价指数齐升,是25周(即2020年12月)以来首见。新界东CCL_Mass最新报200.58点,重返二百点水平,创97周(即2019年7月後)新高,按周升2.10%,升幅10周以来最大,结束2周连跌。新界西CCL_Mass报173.41点,创100周(即2019年6月後)新高,按周升0.33%,连升4周共2.20%,是67周以来再现。港岛CCL_Mass报192.67点,按周升0.74%。九龙CCL_Mass报179.26点,按周升0.23%。
CCL八大指数中,新界西CCL_Mass最接近自己的历史高位(176.99点),相差仅2.03%。相信新界西楼价持续向升,未来数周有望率先重返历史高位,带领整体大市继续向上。其他三区指数与自己历史高位相比,港岛CCL_Mass相差3.30%,新界东CCL_Mass相差3.95%,九龙CCL_Mass相差5%。
