国家卫健委:三孩生育政策长期有利改善人口年龄结构 扩大新增劳动力供给
据《新华社》引述国家卫健委有关负责人就实施三孩生育政策回应指,实施一对夫妻可以生育三个子女政策及配套支持措施,长期有利於改善人口年龄结构,扩大新增劳动力供给,减轻老年人口抚养比,缓和代际之间矛盾,增加社会整体活力,降低老龄化峰值水平。
该负责人表示,要完善生育休假与生育保险制度,加强税收、住房等支持政策,保障女性就业合法权益。对全面两孩政策调整前的独生子女家庭和农村计划生育双女家庭,要继续实行现行各项奖励扶助制度和优惠政策。
