内地首季末房地产贷款增速降至八年最低
银保监公布,内地首季信用贷款规模扩大,一季度末按年增长20%,不过房地产贷款增速进一步下跌,一季度末降至12%,为8年以来的最低水平,继续低於各项贷款增速。
银保监会统信部副主任刘志清表示,信贷结构持续优化,第一季小微企业、个体工商户、制造业贷款分别增加2万亿元人民币(下同)、4,002亿元、1.2万亿元。一季度末,科学研究服务业、信息技术服务业贷款同比分别增长22%、18.7%,远超各项贷款增速,并加大对绿色环保领域的资金投入,去年末21家主要银行绿色信贷规模近12万亿元。
