第一太平(00142.HK)宣布最多1亿美元的股份购回计划
格隆汇 3 月 30日丨第一太平(00142.HK)公布,董事会批准一项股份购回计划,以于公开市场以"场内购回"形式购回价值最多1.00亿美元(相等于约7.80亿港元)的公司股份,由2021年3月31日起为期约三年至2024年3月31日为止。
按2021年3月29日公司股份的收市价每股2.30港元计算,股份购回计划将能容让公司购回其约7.81%的现有已发行股本,或占并非由三林投资者持有之全部股份约14.02%(该等股份合共占公司已发行股本约55.68%)。
预期实施股份购回计划将以为全体股东提升第一太平股份之价值为目标。股份购回计划为公司资本管理计划的关键部分,其中包括拨出最少25%的经常性溢利作为向股东派付分派的承诺。
