格隆汇 3 月 29日丨盈利时(06838.HK)公布,截至2020年12月31日止年度,集团的收益达11.87亿港元,下跌1.9%;毛利达2.40亿港元,下跌21.8%;年内溢利为9608.5万港元,下跌30.6%,每股基本盈利为19.2港仙,拟派末期息每股3港仙,同时为庆祝公司股份在联交所上市十周年,按每持有五股现有股份获发一股红股的基准发行红股。
公告称,期内毛利下跌21.8%,年内毛利率下跌5.2个百分点至20.2%(2019年:25.4%),主要是由于销售组合的变动,当中表带及流行饰物分部受2019冠状病毒病疫情的不利影响;及(2)疫情引致市场竞争加剧,令我们若干产品售价下跌。
