港股異動 | 新東方-S午後盤中漲超9%,1拆10普通股拆股計劃今日起生效
uSMART盈立智投3月10日消息,新東方-S的1拆10普通股拆股計劃今日起生效,新的交易代碼新東方-S(02997 HK)午後盤中漲超9%。
3月8日下午五時,新東方在北京總部召開股東大會,正式通過了1拆10的普通股拆股計劃,並宣佈該計劃於2021年3月10日起生效。
公告顯示,新東方董事會已經批準將公司股本中每股面值0.01美元的每股普通股(不論是已發行或未發行)拆分爲十股每股面值0.001美元的普通股。拆分後,公司的法定股本仍爲300萬美元,將分爲30億股股每股面值0.001美元的股份。
