美丽华酒店(00071.HK):预计年度股东应占溢利减少70%或以上
格隆汇 3 月 5日丨美丽华酒店(00071.HK)发布公告,截至2020年12月31日止年度,集团预期收入较2019年减少大约50%或以上(2019年:港币30.62亿元);及集团股东应占溢利较2019年减少大约70%或以上(2019年:港币12.88亿元)。
公告表示,大幅减少主要原因是新型冠状病毒于全球肆虐,令疲弱的经济环境雪上加霜,全面打击社会消费意欲。加上各国及中国香港采取的防疫措施,如限制旅游出入境、隔离政策、减少社交接触、限制餐饮业营业时间及人数等,令集团的旅游、酒店及餐饮业务收入急速下挫。集团收租业务的表现亦因租金下行及给予租客租金优惠而较去年同期逊色,因此,预期相关投资物业的估值亦会有所下跌。
