饿了麽指已调整骑手过年奖励门槛过高问题
内媒报道,阿里(09988.HK)旗下外卖平台饿了麽被骑手投诉,农历新年期间推出的员工奖励活动门槛过高,在新年假期大部分商户无营业的情况下达到过高的订单量要求。
饿了麽回应指,一直持续关注骑士跑单完成情况,并会根据实际业务情况,评估每期活动方案,目前针对反馈问题已经进行调整,未来亦会根据平台单量情况修改下期活动目标。
