格隆汇 1 月 28日丨宇信科技(300674.SZ)公布，预计2020年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润4.33亿元-4.67亿元，同比增长57.92%-70.33%；扣除非经常性损益后的净利润2.77亿元-3.11亿元，同比增长5.06%-17.96%；扣除非经常性损益、剔除股份支付费用后的净利润3.66亿元-4亿元，同比增长38.82%-51.72%。
受益于国家信息技术应用创新产业的发展战略、银行业数字化转型的全面推进、银行科技子公司在科技输出方面的稳步推进，金融科技市场需求进一步升温，并且随着国内疫情基本得到控制的环境下，这些需求在下半年得到了有效的释放。
从三月下旬疫情缓解及公司全面复工复产后，公司软件开发及服务业务快速恢复并步入稳步增长的态势，尤其在四季度，软件业务完全恢复甚至超过了疫情前的状态，公司的大数据产品线、信贷产品线和监管平台产品线在报告期内取得了非常好的战略布局，为后续几年的业务发展奠定了非常好的基础；创新运营业务受疫情影响较小，既有业务保持比较健康的增长速度，新的业务也有所突破，整体创新运营收入继续保持快速增长，盈利能力明显优于软件业务，对利润贡献较大；报告期内公司持续加大研发投入，提高新产品研发以及提升产品的标准化程度；同时，公司进一步利用IT系统以及大数据分析的能力，优化经营管理效率，报告期内公司管理费用有所减少。公司预计本报告期内归属于上市公司股东的净利润为4.33亿元至4.67亿元，同比增长57.92%-70.33%。
公司报告期非经常性损益预计约1.56亿元，主要为丧失对子公司北京宇信鸿泰信息技术有限公司和珠海宇诚信科技有限公司的控制权导致子公司处置收益较上年大幅增加。公司2020年6月授予员工限制性股票在报告期内预计产生约8900万元股份支付费用。公司本报告期内扣除非经常性损益、剔除股份支付费用影响的归属于母公司净利润预计为3.66亿元至4亿元，同比增长38.82%-51.72%。
公司在报告期内主动积极应对疫情，使得业务快速恢复增长，在加强与核心客户合作的同时，积极拓展包括非银行金融机构的新客户，截止到报告期末，公司在手订单较上年同期增长超过30%，公司对软件业务和创新运营业务未来的发展抱有非常高的信心。
