迪生力(603335.SH)：子公司拟签订8300万元建设工程施工合同
格隆汇 12 月 21日丨迪生力(603335.SH)公布，公司全资子公司台山迪生力汽轮智造有限公司(“汽轮智造公司”)于2020年11月24日披露《关于全资子公司拟参与国有建设用地使用权竞买的公告》，公司全资子公司汽轮智造公司拟参与位于台山市大江镇福安西路2号之四号地【江门市JCR2020-187(台山37)】75246.11平方米的国有建设用地使用权网上挂牌出让的竞买，截止公告披露日，此次竞买事项已经竞得，公司将按相关手续办理合同签订、土地款缴纳等相关工作。
上述竞得的土地拟作为公司全资子公司汽轮智造公司汽车配件生产基地用地，为了争取今年投入，明年投产，加快生产基地建设进度，经过基建工程项目招标，汽轮智造公司拟与台山市东日建设工程有限公司签订《建设工程施工合同》，合同金额为8300万元人民币。
工程名称：汽车配件生产基地建筑工程；工程内容：行政办公大楼及研发中心、副楼、员工宿舍楼(1)、员工宿舍楼(2)、厂区办公楼、饭堂、变配电房、空压机房、设备车间、门卫室(1)、门卫室(2)、成品仓库、纸箱配件仓库、涂装车间、铸造车间、机加工车间、围墙、室外排水、马路、消防水池、给水管、室外绿化等工程。
此次合同签署有利于加快推进公司汽车配件生产基地建设进度。随着国内新能源汽车的高速发展趋势，汽车铝轮毂会向高端轻量化的要求升级，结合公司现有的市场布局，在巩固海外高端改装市场的同时，扩大国内新能源汽车配件市场，通过对市场的全面分析，有必要扩充生产规模，项目计划投入全智能化制造生产线，降低成本，强化铝合金精密度，在保证强度和拉力的前提下，比原来的产品重量减轻约20%，符合新能源汽车轻量化的需求，完全符合公司五年规划的需求，有利于进一步提升公司的品牌影响力，提高公司的综合竞争能力，保持公司持续经营的战略部署。
