山頂文輝道住宅地原地皮於2018年流標後，政府「一拆二」再次推售，第2、4、6及8號住宅用地在今天中午截標。
就現場所見，截至上午11時許，暫錄得3份標書，當中包括長實(01113.HK)獨資入標。
地皮面積13.49萬平方呎，指定作私人住宅用途，最高可建總樓面面積25.93萬平方呎，地積比率約1.9倍。市場估值78至109億元，每方呎樓面地價介乎3萬至4.2萬元。(jc/u) ~
