新地(00016.HK)旗下三商場斥資近2,000萬元作聖誕推廣費用
新地(00016.HK)租務部副總經理(推廣)陳潔儀表示,元朗YOHO MALL形點、葵芳新都會廣場及旺角MOKO新世紀廣場今年聖誕推廣費用斥資近2,000萬元,當中包括送出總值1,000萬消費回贈及限量精品,以刺激銷情。
為配合「新常態」,YOHO MALL形點、新都會廣場及MOKO新世紀廣場設置多項商場戶外設施,以吸引本地客到訪。三個商場10月份的整體人流,分別錄得按月5%至10%的升幅 ; 而三個商場於本月1日至15日的人流、車流和生意額均持續向好。
隨著步入 11 月下旬及 12 月,在假日氣氛帶動下,各商場及場內一田百貨將進行購物祭活動,以及商場大型聖誕推廣及連串戶外休閒設施的優化項目已全面登場,期望帶動聖誕人流及生意額有進一步增長。
