阿里(09988.HK)公布截至9月底止第二財季業績,收入為1,550.59億元人民幣(下同),按年增長30%。經營利潤為136.34億元,減少33%,主要由於與螞蟻集團相關並授予公司員工的股權激勵費用上升157.53億元。若不考慮該影響,經營利潤將由上年同期的206.67億元,增長44%至296.9億元。經調整EBITDA增長28%至475.25億元。經調整EBITA增長28%至412.16億元。

歸屬於普通股股東的淨利潤為287.69億元,減少60%,主要原因是在去年9月份季度取得螞蟻集團33%股份時確認的一次性重大收益。股權激勵費用的上升也造成本季度的同比下滑。若不考慮該一次性收益,股權激勵費用及其它若干項目,非公認會計準則淨利潤為470.88億元,增長44%。

攤薄每股美國存託股收益為10.48元(1.54美元)。非公認會計準則攤薄每股美國存託股收益為17.97元(2.65美元),增長37%。

市場預期阿里非公認會計準則攤薄每股美國存託股收益為14.18元。收入為1,558.8億元。

期內,經營活動產生的現金流量淨額為542.96億元,非公認會計準則自由現金流為405.4億元。

中國零售市場年度活躍消費者達7.57億,較截至2020年6月30日止12個月期間增加1,500萬。9月底止,中國零售市場移動月活躍用戶達8.81億,較2020年6月增加700萬。

天貓線上實物商品交易額GMV(剔除未支付訂單)在2020年9月份季度同比增長21%。快速消費品仍然是天貓增長最快的品類,主要由食品和飲料、保健、美容和個人護理領域強勁推動。此外,天貓服飾的增長速度已經恢復到較新冠疫情爆發前更高的水平。在2020年9月份季度中,淘寶線上實物商品交易額GMV(剔除未支付訂單)按年增長百分之十幾。天貓國際商品交易額GMV(剔除未支付訂單)在本季度增長37%。

9月底止,雲計算的收入增長60%至148.99億元。約60%的A股上市公司都是阿里雲的客戶;於2020年9月,它們的平均消費額增長45%。

9月底止六個月,阿里收入升32%至3,088.1億元。歸屬於阿里巴巴集團股東的淨利潤下跌18.6%至763.6億元。

阿里ADR盤前現跌2.8%,報287.34美元。
