云南旅游(002059.SZ):前三季由盈转亏 预亏2800万元至4000万元
格隆汇10月14日丨云南旅游(002059.SZ)发布2020年前三季度业绩预告,归属于上市公司股东的净亏损2800万元至4000万元,去年同期则为净利润6199.17万元;第三季度归属于上市公司股东的净亏损2900万元至4100万元,去年同期则为净利润2756.19万元。
新冠疫情对消费性服务业和部分民生保障类服务业造成严重冲击,相关行业恢复需要过程,公司下属旅游景区、旅行社、旅游交通等传统旅游行业三季度继续亏损;公司下属子公司云南世界恐龙谷旅游股份有限公司2019年四季度在建工程转固定资产导致折旧增加,同时自2019年四季度起借款利息费用化使财务费用较2019年增加较多;根据新会计准则的规定,对合同资产按预期信用风险计提了信用减值损失。
