腾讯游戏投资也被盯上了？特朗普政府发起审查

据彭博社援引知情人士透露，特朗普政府正要求游戏公司提供涉及中国科技巨头腾讯控股的数据安全协议的信息。
知情人士称，美国外国投资委员会(CFIUS)已经致函Epic Games Inc.、拳头游戏（Riot Games）等公司，询问它们处理美国个人数据的安全协议。美国财政部是该委员会的牵头部门。
腾讯是全球最大游戏公司，拥有总部位于洛杉矶的拳头游戏，并持有热门视频游戏堡垒之夜(Fortnite)开发商Epic公司40%的股份。
据PC Gamer，腾讯在其投资组合中有超过300项投资。这使其成为许多世界上最受欢迎游戏的幕后推手。2011年，腾讯以4亿美元的价格收购了拳头游戏的93％股份，后者是《英雄联盟》的开发者，这款游戏是排名第一的电脑游戏。四年后，它又获取了其余的股份。
2012年，腾讯对位于北卡罗来纳州的Epic Games进行3.3亿美元投资。腾讯也持有总部加利福尼亚州Activision Blizzard Inc.的少量股份，后者开发了《使命召唤》游戏。
受最新消息影响，腾讯控股(ADR)周四纽约尾盘出现直线跳水。截至收盘，腾讯控股下跌2.43%。
美国外国投资委员会负责调查外资收购美国企业对国家安全构成的风险。该委员会有权审核收购全部股权的交易和非控制性投资，并向总统做出阻止或取消交易的建议。该委员会也有权审查非自愿报告的交易。
“在谈论海量数据时，委员会可能需要考虑一些问题，”曾在美国财政部担任负责投资安全的助理部长、现为Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer律师的Aimen Mir说道。“然后问题就变成风险很高，以至于实际上有必要迫使交易中断。”他补充说，这带有风险，包括在中国开展业务的美国公司遭到报复。
此前，特朗普已经瞄准了TikTok视频应用程序的所有者字节跳动，并且也在打压腾讯的微信应用程序。
不过据最新消息显示，美国总统特朗普有关禁止在美国使用微信进行某些交易的行政令可能面临延迟，因为一位法官正在考虑暂时叫停该行政令。美国地方法官Laurel Beeler周四在听证会上说，她愿意应美国微信用户联盟的请求颁布初步禁制令，因为特朗普的行政令过于模糊。该法官没有做出最终决定。
据美国微信用户联盟，特朗普的微信禁令将导致许多美国居民在与中国和美国的家人及朋友联系时通常使用的唯一主要渠道被切断。此外，商业和非营利组织的运作、宗教活动的开展也会使用微信，而且微信也会提供新闻资讯。该联盟称，微信是中国人和华裔生活中不可或缺的一部分。
