爱帝宫(00286.HK)上半年实现净利2599万港元 同比增长4869.4%
格隆汇 8 月 28日丨爱帝宫(00286.HK)发布公告,截至2020年6月30日止6个月,实现收入达3.24亿港元,同比大幅增长40.5%;毛利1.39亿港元,同比增长184.21%;公司拥有人应占溢利2599万港元,同比增长4869.4%;基本及摊薄每股收益0.68港仙。
公告表示,本期间的收入及毛利增加,主要由于集团于2019年下半年完成进一步收购深圳爱帝宫母婴健康管理股份有限公司且其月子服务的财务表现综合计入集团的综合财务报表所致。月子服务的毛利率亦较集团的其他业务高,因此毛利率亦有所提升。
月子服务业务方面,疫情期间,集团月子服务业务保持正常运营,因防疫要求,集团拒收了某些潜在高风险客户,以及部分已预订的香港客户因通关隔离规定而无法前来深圳。与此同时,因“爱帝宫”品牌月子中心从创始店就开始实施高标准的感染防控方案,以及坚决迅速地实行高标准的防疫措施,获得了妈妈们的高度认可,令妈妈及其家人们认为疫情期间入住“爱帝宫”月子中心比家里更安全,把“爱帝宫”看成她们疫情期间的避风港,部分入住客户也提出了续住需求。本期间内,月子服务业务营收仍继续保持增长,同比增长12.3%至3.13亿港元。净利润同比增长13.1%至0.48亿港元。
医学抗衰老及健康产业投资业务方面,集团位于粤港澳大湾区的罗浮山养生住宅项目(集团持有其51%股权的建设中项目),已取得70年使用年限的住宅土地约123亩,最高可开发销售楼面面积不超过16万平方米,主要是可出售的养生别墅及养生洋房,计划于下半年度开盘销售。罗浮山养生住宅项目是位于中国5A级景区罗浮山山脚下的稀缺住宅项目,依靠罗浮山天然森林氧仓,成为理想的康养宜居地,高铁、城轨、高速均可到达,项目目标客户群以深穗莞惠四地消费群为主,将成为大湾区一小时康养圈的靓丽一站。预期今年下半年开始,罗浮山养生住宅专案可望为集团带来可观的现金流。
