海螺水泥(00914.HK)中期净利升5.26%至160.86亿元
格隆汇 8 月 21日丨海螺水泥(00914.HK)公布，截至2020年6月30日止6个月，按国际财务报告准则编制的营业收入净额约为人民币740.07亿元，较上年同期上升约3.30%；公司股东权益持有人应占利润约为160.86亿元，较上年同期上升约5.26%，每股基本盈利为3.04元。
报告期内，集团按中国会计准则编制的营业收入为740.07亿元，较上年同期增加3.30%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为160.69亿元，较上年同期增加5.31%；每股盈利3.03元。
报告期内，集团稳步推进国内外项目建设和并购。西藏八宿海螺水泥有限责任公司熟料项目已进入施工高峰期；并购了芜湖南方水泥有限公司(以下简称"芜湖南方水")，增加熟料产能450万吨，水泥产能160万吨；海外发展方面，缅甸海螺(曼德勒)水泥有限公司一条熟料线及两台水泥磨建成投产，通过加强海外布局和加大市场拓展力度，已投产项目整体运营质量持续改善，东南亚、中亚等地区在建及拟建项目有序推进。
截至报告期末，集团熟料产能2.59亿吨，水泥产能3.66亿吨，骨料产能5,680万吨，商品混凝土产能300万立方米。
报告期内，集团水泥熟料合计净销量为1.87亿吨，同比下降7.60%；受水泥熟料净销量减少及产品综合销价下降影响，实现主营业务收入624.82亿元，同比下降8.65%；主营业务成本400.67亿元，同比下降11.78%；产品综合毛利率为35.87%，较上年同期上升2.27个百分点。
集团水泥熟料自产品销量为1.41亿吨，同比下降3.40%；自产品销售收入471.23亿元，同比下降3.17%；自产品销售成本247.41亿元，同比下降3.77%；自产品综合毛利率为47.50%，较上年同期上升0.33个百分点。
集团实现水泥熟料贸易业务销量0.46亿吨，同比下降18.39%；贸易业务收入153.59亿元，同比下降22.17%；贸易业务成本153.26亿元，同比下降22.22%。
