当代文体(600136.SH)：上半年业绩盈转亏至5.39亿元
格隆汇 8 月 14日丨当代文体(600136.SH)披露2020年半年度报告，实现营业收入3.32亿元，同比下降66.67%；归属于上市公司股东的净亏损5.39亿元，上年同期盈利6.28亿元；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净亏损5.49亿元，上年同期盈利2633.83万元；基本每股亏损1.11元。
自新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来，公司体育以及影视业务的正常开展均受到了较为严重影响，致使公司2020年上半年度整体经营业绩较上年同期有较大幅度下滑，具体情况如下：
(一)体育业务
1、体育版权运营业务
原定于2020年6月-7月举办的2020年欧洲杯推迟至2021年6月-7月举办，导致当期应确认的收入推迟至2021年，公司前期已支付的相关费用将按照合同约定在对应的权益期间内进行确认。
2、体育营销业务
原定2020年7月-8月举办的东京奥运会也延期至2021年7月-8月举办，导致公司与之相关体育营销售业务无法正常开展，其业务收入与同期相比有较大幅度的下滑。
3、体育场馆运营业务
由于行业的特殊性，汉为体育自2020年5月1日起才逐步恢复营业，同时，在新冠肺炎疫情风险尚未完全解除的情况下，为避免人群聚集引发交叉感染，汉为体育在场馆运营方面仍需做好人流方面的控制，因此导致其业务收入与同期相比有较大幅度的下滑。
4、体育经纪业务
受各国新冠肺炎疫情有效控制程度不一以及出入境管理的相关限制，导致公司体育经纪业务无法正常开展，因此导致其当期业务收入与同期相比有较大幅度的下滑。
(二)影视传媒业务
1、影视剧业务
受新冠肺炎疫情的影响，公司影视剧业务的申报、发行工作较预期有所延迟，同时原定的拍摄计划也因需要重新协调相关人员档期而有所推迟。
2、影院管理业务
根据相关政策的意见，公司旗下影院于2020年7月21日、24日分批开始恢复营业，因此导致其业务收入与同期相比有较大的下滑。
