标普将紫金矿业(02899.HK)长期发行人评级降至”BB+“,展望为稳定
格隆汇 7 月 14日丨 紫金矿业(02899.HK)公布,2020年7月14日,国际信用评级公司标普发布了对公司信用评级更新报告,现公告如下:
因公司近期并购、建设资本开支导致债务增加、现金支出增加,使得公司债务杠杆率上升、流动性减弱。标普将公司的长期发行人评级以及由其担保的长期无抵押债券的评级由“BBB-”降至”BB+”,展望为稳定,同时将公司评级从“”负面信用观察“”名单中移除。
公司认为,此次评级调整涉及的杠杆率上升是短期的,不会对公司的生产经营带来实质性的影响。公司将积极推进卡莫阿-卡库拉铜矿、TIMOK铜矿以及驱龙铜矿等重大项目建设,加快资源优势向效益优势转化;随着黄金和铜产能不断释放,强劲的运营现金流以及强大的偿债能力将使公司债务杠杆率大幅降低。
