格隆汇 6 月 26日丨华信地产财务(00252.HK)公布年度业绩,截至2020年3月31日止年度,公司实现收入3.25亿港元,同比减少37.17%;毛利9193.38万港元,同比减少11.52%;公司拥有人应占年度亏损1.86亿港元,同比扩大296.94%;每股亏损82.4港仙,拟派末期息每股3港仙。
亏损增加的主要原因是:年内分部业绩衰退了580万港元;相比去年的740万港元的投资物业公平价值变动产生的溢利,该年的亏损为1.86亿港元及;及扣除有关联营公司亏损减少6060万港元所致。
