汇丰:调整内银股目标价 喜爱建行(0939.HK)工行(1398.HK)
汇丰研究发表研报,调整对内银股的目标价及未来每股盈利预测,指出在当前的宏观环境下,预计市场将更看重银行的资产质量、净资产收益率和资本情况。
该行调整银行股今明两年的每股盈利预测,介乎下调10%至上调13%,以反映各行不同的净息差、资产增长及信贷成本,其中看好建设银行(0939.HK)及工商银行(1398.HK)均予买入评级,认为其拥有现稳定的股息及资产负债表。上调建行今、明两年每股盈利预测0.4%及1%,目标价由8.3港元降至8.1港元;上调工行今、明两年每股盈测1.2%及0.7%,目标价则由7.3港元降至6.9港元。
此外,该行上调招商银行(3968.HK)目标价至42.3港元。给予中国银行(3988.HK)、农业银行(1288.HK)、交通银行(3328.HK) 买入评级,目标价分别为4港元、3.9港元、6.4港元。
