《即日市评》本港疫情似受控 恒指向上 汇控绩前造好
本港新冠疫情似持续受控，近日无新增确诊新冠肺炎病例，兼且市场憧憬环球央行再「放水」，港股今日向上。美国农业部公布，中国同意购买13.6万吨美国大豆，上周累计签订60.6万吨美国大豆采购合约。执笔之时美股道指期货升逾190点或0.8%，美汇指数跌至99.9730。北亚股市普遍上扬，日本央行维持利率不变，承诺无限量购买国债，日经指数升2.7%，上证综指升0.3%收2,815，沪深两市成交额共5,567亿人民币。
恒指高开199点後升幅扩大，最多升487点一度高见24,318点，全日升448点或1.9%，收24,280点；国指升219点或2.3%，报9,875点。大市全日成交总额871.19亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为7.06亿及12.72亿元人民币。
腾讯(00700.HK)股价涨1.6%；本港收租、零售及餐饮股有买盘吸纳，九龙仓置业(01997.HK)弹高5.3%，太古地产(01972.HK)升2.6%，莎莎国际(00178.HK)股价抽高7.8%，而大家乐(00341.HK)扬5%。此外，澳门财政司司长李伟农指赌牌竞投争取年底公开谘询，金沙(01928.HK)升2.6%。
【港零售股涨 内银股造高】
内银股有支持，建行(00939.HK)、工行(01398.HK)及农行(01288.HK)股价分别走高2.7%、2.4%及3.2%，重农行(03618.HK)股价上扬4.5%。汇丰环球研究发表报告，指国务院早前公布容许小型银行降低不良贷款覆盖率，由120-150%降至100%，相信可有助释放2,050亿人民币的资金，支持额外2.5万亿资产增长。该行指，在此政策的鼓励下，大型银行需救助小型银行的风险减退，银行在信贷充足的情况下，减少面对资金不足的风险，同时预期未来监管亦会放宽以支持增长。
汇丰环球研究指，在大型中资银行中，推介一些估值吸引、具稳健资产负债表、有能力推动低成本融资，及高於同业的流动资金以稳定派息的银行。虽然货币政策转松有助股份制银行多於国有银行，但目前政策的推动速度仍然是不确定。
【升股一千只 汇控绩前扬】
港股今日市宽改善，主板股票的升跌比率为28比14(上日26比14)，上升股份1,068只(升幅3%)，恒指成份股48只上升，2只股份下跌，升跌比率为96比4(上日20比78)。大市今日录沽空121.47亿元，占可沽空股份成交719.65亿元的16.88%(上日17.703%)。
汇丰控股(00005.HK)今日股价升1.9收39.5元，该公司将於明天(28日)公布截至3月底止首季度业绩，受新冠疫情、全球息率低企及经济不明朗影响下，预期信贷损失(ECL)有趋升风险，本网早前综合4间券商预测，汇控今年首季列帐基准除税前溢利料介乎29.26亿至39.98亿美元，较2019年首季62.13亿美元，按年减少35.7%至52.9%，中位数为34.78亿美元，按年减少44%。
综合3间券商预测汇控今年首季列帐基准收入料介乎127.23亿至135.04亿美元，较2019年首季144.28亿美元，按年减少6.4%至11.8%。投资者亦关注新冠疫情令全球经济活动大受影响，集团管理层给予最新策略、重组进度的指引。摩根士丹利则指，新冠疫情令全球经济恶化，银行股未来数季将迎来挑战，其中信贷成本是主要关注点，料汇控首季信贷成本将升65个基点。
