美锦能源(000723.SZ):终止公开发行可转债事项
格隆汇4月19日丨美锦能源(000723.SZ)公布,公司于2020年4月17日召开八届四十二次董事会会议、八届十九次监事会会议,审议通过了《关于终止公司公开发行可转换公司债券的议案》,同意公司终止公开发行可转换公司债券事项。
自公司此次公开发行可转换公司债券方案公布以来,公司董事会、经营管理层与中介机构一直积极推进各项相关工作。根据当前市场环境变化,结合公司产融战略和募投项目进程,公司计划调整融资方式,经审慎决策,公司决定终止公开发行可转换公司债券事项,并筹划新的再融资方案。
