格隆汇3月27日丨开达集团(00180.HK)发布全年业绩,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司实现收入4.44亿港元,同比下降33.08%;公司权益股东应占亏损1436.4万港元,上年同期公司权益股东应占盈利1.82亿港元;基本每股亏损1.51港仙;不派末期股息。
集团2019财政年度的收入约港币4.4415亿元,较去年所报数字减少约33.08%;2019年的经营亏损约港币0.2385亿元,而去年的经营溢利则约港币0.5511亿元。集团截2019财政年度的权益股东应占亏损约港币0.1436亿元,当中包括投资物业重估盈余约港币0.5153亿元,而去年权益股东应占溢利则约港币1.8175亿元,当中包括投资物业重估盈余约港币1.4289亿元。
