泛亚国际(06128.HK)2019年度预亏逾5000万港元
格隆汇3月17日丨泛亚国际(06128.HK)发布公告,集团预期截至2019年12月31日止年度将录得股东应占亏损上升超过40%至逾5000万港元,相较之下,2018年度公司股东应占亏损为3600万港元。
公告表示,2019年8月,集团透过收购思高环球有限公司展开石墨烯业务,为集团贡献额外收入约1.20亿港元。然而,股东应占亏损增加主要由于(i)融资成本增加至约2750万港元,来自主要为收购思高环球有限公司融资而发行的债券;及(ii)集团餐饮业务分部的收入下降导致2019年上半年撇减苏州工业园区文律阁酒店管理有限公司的投资,以及就投资于泰廊香港有限公司的减值损失,主要由于在成都的泰廊餐厅停止营业所致。
